This online program is for submitting and checking the status of maintenance work. This Work Order Requester Link automates communication between the Requesters and the Maintenance Department. All work requests for Hoonah City School District sites and facilities must be submitted through this link: Work Order Requester Link
No matter how small or how big, all maintenance work order requests must go through the Work Order Requester Link website. Phoned and emailed work requests are not valid and will not be completed without an accompanying work request. Undocumented maintenance costs the District much needed reimbursement monies from the State. Our program can no longer support work requests that are not generated in the State approved tracking system.
