Hoonah City Schools is planting a school and community vegetable garden and we are looking for people interesteted in growing their own food on Chichagof Island.

One plot of vegestables will be located outside under the PAT windows and a second plot will be planted behind Colette's Cupboard.

The garden aims to increase sustainable & healthy  eating habits.

The garden will provide fresh vegetables for any participants, as well as the opportunity to explore the world of gardening.
